High-tech Youth personally taking up organic farming itself is an inventory of technology, practice, Social& Mental health & strength and can serve as regulatory instruments that guide the regional approach to developing harmonized certification processes and quality standards,and related mechanisms. Special emphasis must be placed on building the legitimacy of a simple,inclusive, and trust-based local participatory production, processing, market certification system.

FG will initiate Consistent follow-up, mentoring, guidance and capacity development can encourage youth to get involved in agriculture. Enterprises that have short gestation periods are more attractive to the youth. Market-based production with assured market linkages leads to rewarding farming.
The business model of FG is organic farmer & consumer-centric. Farmer will avail the land on lease for a specific rate , cultivate their desired identified organic produce, remit 20% of the financial returns from each seasonal produce back to FG .
Results are: This idea of involving IT/Bt/Tech youth to organic farming will strengthen research-technology-innovation links with good solutions related to soil, water, and land management, crop management, waste management, developing farmers into organic seed entrepreneurs, bio-inputs, documentation and traceability systems, marketing facilities including online platforms, nutrition rich foods, value chain incubation models and satellite centres in rural areas.
